- This Request for Information (RFI) seeks market information regarding the provision of Auctioneering Services in Lebanon. This RFI is not a solicitation process and will not result in a contract award, nor does it create any obligation on the part of UNHCR. The United Nations High Commissioner forRefugees (UNHCR) is seeking a solution for the auctioning of vehicles (tax-free) and other assets including but not limited to office furniture, air conditioners, ICT/office equipment, prefabricated buildings etc. in Lebanon. It is expected from a supplier to be capable to organize and manage liveand/or online auctions that shall be open to participation and advertised through various channels to ensure maximum exposure. The Auctioneer shall act as UNHCR's intermediary in all auction transactions and perform all activities involved in preparing and conducting the auction, collecting the payment,as well as providing a full report of all transactions resulting from the auction.
