• United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) on behalf of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) Lebanon, seeks the interest of qualified vendors and Service Providers to participate in an upcoming tender solicitation Provision of Landscaping Works at Mar Mikhael Train Station Park Lebanon - Phase 2. The project forms part of ongoing urban regeneration and public space rehabilitation efforts aimed at restoring the Mar Mikhael Train Station area into a safe, inclusive, and functional public park. Phase 2 focuses on completing landscape development, hard and soft landscaping elements, site furniture installation, accessibility improvements, and associated civil works, in line with approved designs and technical specifications.The scope of works shall include but not limited to: A. Site Preparation and Earthworks • Clearing, grading, leveling, and preparation of the site as per approved drawings. • Removal of debris and unsuitable materials, with proper disposal.B.
