Description: The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UNESCWA) is seeking the professional services of an experienced contracting firm for the execution of revamping and remodeling works for a number of its floors in line with state of the art modern office standards in an intelligent building setup increasing the overall space utilization while optimizing usability, sustainability and comfort. The works will include but not limited to, civil and finishing works as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing, networking, fire detection and fighting and furnishing. The aim is to focus on modern and collaborative open space aspects, allowing more natural light and enhancing accessibility features for person with disabilities.
