- The municipality of Dahr Al -Sawan is conducting in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and in the manner of the public tender and on the basis of the higher centenary download on fuel prices in accordance with the official tariff issued by the Ministry of Energy and Water upon the announcement of the purchase, provided that the obligor is held accountable on the basis of the official tariff issued by the Ministry of Energy at the date of deliveryAnd the payment after calculating the percentage of the percentage of the percentage provided by the winning bidder, for the green diesel/diesel Oil, the necessity of electricity generators, mechanisms, and equipment returning to the municipality in accordance with the provisions of the conditions book and its facilities, which are all an integral part of it.
