• Tenders are invited for recruit a trainer in order to deliver workshop training for the organization located in Ouzai Accountability to Affected Populations Trainer. Closing Date: Monday, 06. May 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 1000 (usd) background: . borderless is a non-governmental organization (ngo) with a mission to uplift marginalized communities, particularly in lebanon. our vision is to address structural barriers to overcoming hardships faced by disadvantaged and at-risk populations, including patterns of discrimination, lack of access to essential services, conflict, and social disorder. our focus areas include providing support to children, youth, women through integrated programs aimed at education, livelihood, protection, advocacy, and capacity-building. 2. trainer role and tasks: a. borderless is seeking to recruit a trainer in order to deliver workshop training for the organization located in ouzai. the trainer will facilitate 2 workshops focusing on: - introduction to accountability to affected populations; highlighting methodologies for integrating and mainstreaming aap principles and concepts in all programs. - aap best practices (tools, channels and strategies). b. the trainer is required to provide borderless prior to the training: - schedule and duration of each workshop - training materials - develop tools that measure the impact of the workshops (such as training feedback, pre/post assessments, etc.) c. abide by borderless- reporting mechanism to allow continuous monitoring of activities d. identify and communicate risks/challenges to borderless team and call for intervention when required 3. key deliverables: borderless- staff should be better equipped in aap that will allow them to utilize these skills in their daily work, and improve engagement with beneficiaries. 4. the trainer will work closely with borderless- programs staff. 5. selection matrix: the applications will be assessed based on the following criteria: criteria weight profile of the organization (please include the cv of the trainer who will deliver the training and conduct the need assessments) 10% proven experience in the field of training 35% provision of the technical proposal and the methodology that will be used for the workshop 30% provision of the total cost (noting that the price should be submitted per training day) 25% how to apply interested candidates are required to submit the below documentation to procurement@borderlessngo.org not later than 6-may-2024. profile of trainer or organization proven relative experience technical proposal total detailed cost
