• Tenders are invited for Refreshment and Food Parcel Presentation of the project/mission and the organization: Terre des hommes (Tdh), a humanitarian aid organization, is operative in 34 countries with a range of healthcare and child protection programs, both in development and emergency contexts. Explain which are the targets of this tender: In order to build the community centre in Lebanon, tenders under sealed envelopes are invited from eligible bidders who must be currently registered in the commercial registration , MOF and VAT registered what are the standard for admission: Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below as a minimum supported by relevant documents at submission will be give tender document. Proof of agreements of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken in the last five years. Sound financial standing and adequate access to bank credit line. Litigation history of the company (both court and arbitration cases) Confidential business questionnaire. Tax compliant certificate. the causes of non-responsive offers: Tenders from the following tenderers shall be treated as NON-RESPONSIVE and therefore subject to automatic disqualification: A tender from a tenderer whose ongoing project(s) is/are behind schedule and without any approved extension of time. A tender from a tenderer who has been served with a default notice on ongoing project(s) or terminated in a Government contract/ NGO contract. A tender from a tenderer with ongoing projects exceeding four(4) in number, regardless of the total value of the outstanding works. specific clauses and response process: Tdh is allowed to attribute the overall Purchase per lot to a single contractor or several, dividing the works per lot, whichever is considered more efficient for Tdh. and placed in the tender box located at the offices of Tdh Tyre before or not later than the 27/09/2024- at 2.00 pm hours. Submitted tender documents shall be opened publicly soon after the above stated closing date and time in the DO office in Tyre and in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted or opened.
