Description:
Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of a Level 3 Damaged Building. As part of Islamic Relief - Lebanon Office-s shelter and WASH program to be implemented in Governorates of Beirut and Mount Lebanon - area affected by the Blast, IRL aims to support and improve access to safe and appropriate shelter among house communities and refugees, women, men, girls and boys, particularly female-headed households. For this aim, IRL is seeking a contractor to complete the rehabilitation works in building number 19330 (lot 414) located in Zqaq el Blat, that contains structural damages (Level L3). The work can be summarized as restoring the houses to their initial conditions prior to Beirut blast, including, but not limited to, the following activities: Excavation and backfill Waterproofing works for retaining walls, partition walls, ceilings, etc. Plastering. Repair of concrete (columns, beams and slabs). Removal of tiles to check and repair water leakage. Plumbing and sanitary installations. Painting and tiling.
