Description:
Tenders are invited for Remove and Cart Away All Metal Corrugated Sheets with All Exisitng Items on the Roof and Cart Away as Instructed by the Ppd, Dismantle and Cart Away as Instrcuted by Ppd All Windows, Doors, Fly Screens etc Existing on the Main FaçAdes and inside the Rooms, Etc. Remove and cart away all metal corrugated sheets with all exisitng items on the roof and cart away as instructed by the PPD 90 m2 2 Dismantle and cart away as instrcuted by PPD all windows,doors,fly screens etc… existing on the main façades and inside the rooms. 1 LS 3 Demolish and cart away block walls as per the demolishing attached plan,along with the concrete slab on grade 26 m3 4 Do the necessary excavation to fit the new foundations under the new steel support columns 12 m3 5 Cast concrete blinding 14MPa with a minimum 5cm thickness 1 m3 6 Cast concrete foundations size 125x125x40cm,refer to attached plan with 10mm steel reinforcement and concrete strength not less than 30 Mpa 7 m3 7 Adjust the soil under the new slab on grade as per the dawings,install a vapor barrier,lay steel reinforcement mesh 10mm each 20cm in both sides and pour 15cm of concrete with a strength of 25MPA 13.5 m3 8 Supply and install steel plate covered with epoxy primer 25x25x1.5 cm with 4x12mm threaded rod to be anchored to the new concrete foundation 9 Pc 9 Supply and install HEA100 steel columns covered with epoxy primer to be fully welded down to the steel plate and up to the existing steel beam 9 Pc 10 Supply and install 10 cm masonery block for walls 10 m2 11 Supply and install 20 cm masonery block for walls 4 m2 12 Supply and apply necessary paint for all steel beams and columns 1 LS 13 Concrete repair for the existing concrete bases and walls 1 LS 14 Supply and install corrugated sheets and gutter(option 1:steel sheet,option2:recycled plastic sheet) with all necessary bolts and accessories ,to be well sealed around the exisitng steel columns and all others penetrations. 100 m2 15 Produce a drawing showing a survey for the floor level for inside and outside area (each 50cm) 1 LS 16 Supply and install mechanical embedments (pipes provision inside slab on grade for grey water 2" and black water 4" toward outside building with a manhole termination for each pipe size 100x100x100cm) 1 LS 17 Supply and install needed material to construct a planter on the top of the roof as per attached dwgs. 1 LS Deadline for submitting the offer is Thursday June 9, 2022.
