- Specific Procurement Notice are Invited for Retendering of Greater Beirut Water Supply Project - Tunnels and Ancillaries Remaining Works. Cost of Tender Document: 300 USD A complete set of the Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$ 300 (USD three hundred) in the form of a bank transfer or a banker-s certified check in the name of the Council for Development and Reconstruction. Bidders designated representatives are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid meeting at the CDR offices on Monday July 17th, 2023 at 10:00 AM and the site visit on Tuesday July 18th, 2023 at 10:00 AM. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of One Million United States Dollars (USD 1,000,000).
