Quotation are invited for Reusable Pad Kit Distribution. Oxfam is seeking a supplier to provide 200 reusable pad kits that will be distributed at the MHM awareness campaigns the kit will include pack of reusable pads (10 pads) 2 soaps and pack of panties of (6 # sizes). pack of reusable and antimicrobial menstrual hygiene pads with wings and buttons, 10 pads # sizes + 2 nylon storage bags 1 pack 1 pack of reusable and antimicrobial menstrual hygiene pads with wings and buttons, that includes 10 reusable pads with # sizes 2 maxi( large) 8 super Maxi (x-large) All pads have wings and buttons Hand made with 2 nylon storage bags black colour) it should be included within the package and priced 2 Underwear (Panty) (1 bag: 2 underwear Medium, 2 underwear Large +2 underwear XL 1 item 6 black panties (2 medium,2 large, 2 XL) 100% cotton, 3 Soap , (2 pc - 250g bath soap) 2 item Non-scented soap or Olive oil soap 4 Canvas Bag for packaging 1 item reusable canvas bag for packing of the kit Specification of the reusable pads: Sizes: Maxi (large): Maxi with length 220mm to 260mm and width 60mm-100mm excluding wings. Super maxi (extra-large): Supermaxi with length 260mm to 300mm and width 60mm-100 mm excluding wings. Absorbance: Maxi: Shall be able to handle moderate to heavy flow Absorbency shall be 20 ml minimum for a coloured water or oxalated sheep or goat blood or test fluid when poured on to the centre of the napkin (at the rate of 15 ml per minute) and it shall not show up at the bottom or sides of the sanitary napkin under pressure Supermaxi: Shall be able to handle moderate to heavy flow Absorbency shall be 30 ml minimum for a coloured water or oxalated sheep or goat blood or test fluid when poured on to the centre of the napkin (at the rate of 15 ml per minute) and it shall not show up at the bottom or sides of the sanitary napkin under pressure. Other specs: Products shall be capable of being soaked and washed thoroughly in water up to 60 deg C using soap/laundry detergent. After washing with soap, they shall be able to be dried well for reuse. Wear Time: Shall be able to wear for 4-6 hours. Durability: The product shall be able to withstand 60 washes minimum during hand/machine wash. The seam line shall be free of loose threads and neat. It shall have dimensional stability with good tensile strength and seam strength. Closing Date: Wednesday, 23.
