Tenders are invited for Roads Routine Maintenance Project - Lot 12 - Hasbaya Caza - RM012 Cost of Tender Document: 200 USD Request for Bid (RFB) Designation Lot Caza's RM009 9 Minieh-Dinnieh (Phase 2) Tripoli (Phase 2) RM010 10 Koura (Phase 2) Bsharre (Phase 2) RM011 11 Jbeil (Phase 2) RM012 12 Hasbaya (Phase 2) Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon Beirut Local Time on Thursday October 5th, 2023. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 12:00 noon Beirut Local Time on Thursday October 5th , 2023. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Fifty Thousand US Dollars (US$50,000) for each selected lot. However, a certified Bank check in favor of Council for Development and Reconstruction in a sum equal to US$50,000 or Euro 45,000 for each selected lot may be accepted as a Form of Bid Security. 9. All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration. 10. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder-s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document. 11.
