Tenders are invited for Roads Routine Maintenance Project - Lot 11 - Jbeil Caza - RM011 Cost of Tender Document: 200 USD The Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Roads Routine Maintenance - Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 Projects, consisting of providing road maintenance and repair work activities to include Periodic Pavement repairs that should be performed as needed to preserve the structural integrity of the road. Roadway repair COUNCIL FOR DEVELOPMENT & RECONSTRUCTION Annonce - 838 & 839 & 840 & 841 - Roads Maintenance Lots 9&10&11&12 22/8/23 2/3 work can be grouped three categories that include Incidental repair works, Road Routine Maintenance Works & Upgrade of Traffic Road Safety & Control Devices Works. The estimated Routine and Periodic Maintenance period is six months. The Routine and Periodic Maintenance activities for Primary roads as priority and for Secondary roads where funds are available, will include the repair and maintenance of the following items: 1. Repair and maintain roadway pavement by shallow pothole patching, crack sealing. 2. Repair and maintain by milling and overlay of localized pavement depressions such as failed pavement applied over utility trenches/ depressions. 3. Repair and maintain of damaged reinforced concrete retaining walls/Footwalls/ Masonry Walls. 4. Repair and maintain Sidewalk including tiles, curbstones 5. Repair and maintain Safety barriers: New Jersey/ Texas barrier and steel guard rail. 6. Repair and maintain Storm water drainage network. 7. Repair and maintain Lighting Networks and all related electrical and civil works. 8. Renew, repair, Implement and maintain Road marking & signing. 9. Other ancillary associated works including traffic management during the contract.
