  • Tenders are invited for Consultancies: Sales Strategies - Reaf Program - Incubation Scope of Work The Reaf Program Seeks a Sales Strategy Trainer to Deliver the following Requirements: Conduct a Full-Day Workshop on Sales Strategies Covering Topics Such as Target Market Identification, Value Proposition Development, Sales Messaging, Sales Funnel Design, and Sales Metrics. Provide One-on-One Clinics Tailored to the Needs of each Startup, with a Focus on Addressing Individual Sales Challenges and Refining Sales Strategies. Assist Startups in Setting Revenue Targets, Devising Pricing Strategies, and Mapping Customer Journey Maps. Offer Guidance on Data-Driven Decision-Making and Performance Tracking to Enhance Sales Effectiveness. Conduct Pre-Engagement and Post-Engagement Briefings with the Berytech Team to Align Objectives and Assess Outcomes. Expected Deliverables Deliver a Comprehensive Full-Day Workshop on Sales Strategies.
