Description:
Tenders are invited for Site Engineer. Closing Date: Tuesday, 13. Feb 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Health Remuneration range: 5000 to 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 7 Months Duties & Responsibilities for Site Engineer: Provide strong administrative support to the consulting architect throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and other project-related documentation. Maintain organized project files, including drawings, correspondence, and reports. Collaborate closely with the consulting architect during site visits and assessments. Ensure that construction activities align with the architectural design and specifications. Prepare regular progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Keep detailed records of site activities, changes, and variations. Assist in the preparation of payment certificates based on project milestones. Act as a liaison between the consulting architect, contractors, and project stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication to ensure all parties are informed of project developments. Coordinate meetings and site visits, ensuring that schedules are adhered to. Monitor construction work for quality and compliance with specifications. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to the consulting architect. Support in report writing.
