- Procurement Summary: The Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and through the sealed envelope method, conducts a public tender to contract forest maintenance required by the Ministry of Agriculture - Directorate of Rural Development and Natural Resources using the public tender method, in accordance with this book of conditions and its attachments, all of which are considered an integral part of it. It is permissible to participate in this tender. For natural and legal persons (duly registered companies or institutions) who engage in agricultural and forestry businesses. The award is made by public tender on the basis of providing a price for each group separately, and the bidder has the right to participate in the deal on the basis of one or more groups in accordance with the attached technical regulations (Appendix No. 1). The award is granted temporarily. For each group separately, to the bidder whose offer was accepted in administrative and technical terms and who presented the total minimum price for each group separately.
