Purchase Summary: The Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and through the sealed envelope method, is conducting a public tender to award the provision of gases, materials and laboratory supplies required by the Ministry of Agriculture - the Plant Pharmacy Laboratory - the Directorate of Agricultural Wealth for the year 2025 in accordance with this book of conditions and its attachments, all of which are considered an integral part of it. You have the right to participate in this tender. For natural and legal persons (institutions or companies) who deal in providing gases, laboratory materials and supplies, and who are registered in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. The bidder has the right to participate in the tender for one or more categories or all of them. The bidding is carried out using the public tender method and is temporarily assigned to the bidder who is accepted in administrative terms. The bidder has the right to participate in the deal on the basis of one or more groups, and he is also entitled to participate in all groups.
