- Procurement Summary: The Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and through the sealed envelope method, conducts a public tender to provide maintenance for laboratory equipment and machinery required for the Plant Pharmacy Laboratory - Ministry of Agriculture - Agricultural Wealth Directorate, through a public tender method for a period of two years, in accordance with this book of conditions and its attachments, all of which are considered an integral part of it. Participation in this tender is for natural and legal persons (institutions or companies) who deal in providing maintenance of laboratory equipment and machines, and who are registered in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. The bidder has the right to participate in the tender in one or more categories or in all of them. The bidding is carried out using the public tender method and is temporarily assigned to the formally accepted bidder. From the administrative and technical perspective, which provided the total minimum price for each individual item mentioned in Appendix No. 1, the bidder has the right to participate in the deal on the basis of one or more items, and he is also entitled to participate in all items.
