- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of PVC Coated Sheets for Shelters. Technical Specifications for PVC coated Sheets for Shelters: Materials: PVC coated sheet, white color. 440 grams per square meter, 9 horizontals and 9 vertical reinforcements per inch square meter, 1000 x 1000 wires per square inch. Dimensions of one single unit is 8 x 8 meters. Tensile strength: minimum 600 N both directions of warp and weft Tear strength: under ISO 4674 (A2). UV resistance: under ASTM G53/94 (UVB 313 nm peak). Reinforcement aluminum eyelets: provided with 20mm diameter and placed every 50cm on four sheet sides of the single sheets. Tensile strength of the eyelets: minimum 700N inside the eyelets as per ISO 1421 Welding: under ISO 1421 plus additional procedure.
