Description:
The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UNESCWA) is seeking a qualifed and experienced firm for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning on DAP Basis to the UN House, Riad El-Solh, Beirut, Lebanon of the following machines:- two digital printing machines, - one perfect binder machine and a - trade in of a Ricoh Pro C7200sThe bidders shall note that the contract(s) shall be awarded first for the purchase including installation and commissioning of the machines. Thereafter, UNESCWA may at its sole discretion, enter into a maintenance contract including spare parts with the successful vendor for an initial period of one year, extendable on a yearly basis up to 5 (five) years subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of the requirements.
