Description:
Supply of Generic Drugs The supply of good quality generic drugs having European Origin is required to provide support for the Primary Healthcare Centers- and Medical Mobile Units and Antenna activities of the Order of Malta Lebanon. The full list of the needed drugs is detailed in the Annex 1 - Request for Quotation / RFQ # 0124.2021 attached to this Invitation to Bid (ITB). Mandatory Conditions The drugs to be purchased: ▪ Must be generic drugs ▪ Must not belong to the class of Psychotropic nor the class of Anti-Cancer medication ▪ Must be fabricated under EU-GMP or SRA-approved ▪ Must have the following written on the box (packaging): o Name of the Product (active pharmaceutical ingredient) Strength and Dosage form o Manufacturing Date and Expiry Date o Lot Number o Name of the manufacturing laboratory o Language used should be either French or English in addition to any other possible language used (because French and English are the only languages accepted by the local authorities besides the Arabic language) ▪ Must be packed in Medication Blister Packs for all tablet and capsule types ▪ Must not be fabricated by an Israeli laboratory nor affiliated to a laboratory having Israeli origin (as per the country-s regulation) ▪ Must have an Expiry Date higher than 20 months from the acquisition date Project Location Beirut - Lebanon Closing Date January 7th, 2022 at 6pm Beirut local time
