- Expression of Interest are invited for Support to ECE System Strengthening in Lebanon Assignment Description The Contracted Firm will Support the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in (I) the Development of Comprehensive and Costed Ece Strategy Implementation Plans that Build on the New Ece Strategy, (Ii) the Development of a Comprehensive Ece Assessment, with the Goal to Support Institutionalization of a Holistic Quality & Learning Ece Assessment System; (Iii) the Development of an Easy-to-Use Dashboard for Ece Indicators Built into the Sims (Mehes Education Management System); And (Iv) the Development of an Ece Teaching/Learning Package, with the Goal of Developing Complementary Ece Learning Materials to Strengthen Early Learning
