Description:
Tenders are invited for Support for the Implementation of the Lebanon Digital Transformation Strategy The strategy; created in 2019 by the Office of the Ministry of State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR) and updated in 2022; affirmed a commitment to digital transformation; with the high-level goal “to improve the public services provided to citizens; the private sector and society as a whole through flexible; secure and effective digital services to raise their productivity and achieve their success in order to lift Lebanon out of its economic and financial crisis and achieve the goals of recovery plans.”The objective of this assignment is to produce three key deliverables that will advance the implementation of the DTS through a consultative process that builds alignment and support within and across governmental ministries and agencies. The key activities to be undertaken include:1.Developing an updated prioritized roadmap for the implementation of the DTS; 2.Drafting an enterprise architecture for Lebanon-s next-generation digital public infrastructure (DPI) and digital government;3.Drafting a national data infrastructure and hosting strategy.
