Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Support Project for Social Resilience, Infrastructures, Forests and Agriculture in Lebanon PARSIFAL. The Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) has received financial assistance from the French Development Agency (AFD), and intends to use part of the amount of this financial assistance to carry out a related service mission. in the social project management of the activities / projects of the Parsifal program. This includes the following tasks: - Provide support on social issues (TDR) and strengthen the monitoring expected by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Green Plan, operators of rural infrastructure works and reforestation, municipalities, vulnerable populations and the actors concerned (users of irrigation water, water establishments, etc.) - Implement a training plan in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, aimed at facilitating economic integration and strengthening the professional capacities of vulnerable populations, municipalities and stakeholders in the target areas of the project distributed as follows and according to the activities of the two components: - The Infrastructure Projects component divided into two lots: - Lot 1: Akkar: Akroum, Akkar El Atika, Kobbet Bchomra, Tal Abbas El Gharbi, Wadi Khaled; - Lot 2: Ainata, Aqbeh, Arouba, Deir El Ahmar, Rachaya El Wadi, Zrazir. - The component of reforestation projects in the following regions: (1) Ehden, (2) Chmistar, (3) Niha, (4) Tannourine, (5) Rachaya el Wadi, (6) Baaloul, Majdel Balhis, and Qaraoun, (7) Maqne and Younine, and (8) Soultan Yaacoub, Manara. - Implement the communication strategy that will be developed before the start of the social project management mission. Brief description of the work: Activities Description Social Support Recruitment, employment contract, working hours, respect for laws relating to different nationalities, mediation and conflict resolution… Training Training of municipalities, vulnerable populations, and stakeholders… Communication For example: a logo, a slogan and a presentation sheet of the Project, panels / information sheets on the project, a website, Facebook page, media coverage of project activities, press conferences and interviews for project managers.
