• Tenders are invited for Support Services Capacity Strengthening. Closing Date: Saturday, 25. May 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 9 Monrhs Consultant: The consultant will oversee designing and delivering the following: Holding the required preparatory meetings with the project team. Taking part in the necessary follow-up and coordination meetings. Keeping closely to the schedule for project activities and deadlines. Submitting the pre- and post-tests, feedback forms, agendas, activity sheets, presentations, and training reports, among other deliverables and training materials. Expertise France: Expertise France will contract the consultant and through the Shabake 2 Project Management team will be responsible for the overall management of the consultant including: Developing and finalizing the terms of reference and contract. Reviewing and approving all expected deliverables with the consultant. Supporting the consultant in connecting and meeting with project team members as relevant. Overall monitoring of the assignment activities and the delivery of milestones. QUALIFICATIONS Master degree in Humanitarian Development, NGO Management, International Affairs, and/or related fields. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Processes, Project Management/Development, M&E, and Grants Management, Finance. Minimum of 7 years of proven experience working with LNGOs operating in the humanitarian. Great knowledge of the Lebanese banking sector, finance, and socio-economic landscape. Experience in delivering capacity building programs. Proven communication, facilitation, presentation and writing skills in Arabic and English. Ability to work under pressure, adapt to last minute changes and stick to tight deadlines.
