Tenders are invited for System Developer. Contracting Authority: in the framework of its work on the Lebanese Territory, Terre des Hommes Italy in Lebanon (TDH IT) has received grants from its different donors UNICEF, OCHA, Italian Cooperation and other private/Institutional donors, for the implementation of several humanitarian actions and intends to apply a portion of these grants to payments under a contract/agreement for the external evaluation service. Object of the Agreement: Terre des hommes Italy - Lebanon Delegation (TDH IT) has developed a comprehensive data management system to collect, analyse, present and store data collected from households and activities that it completes as part of its projects and programmes. The TDH IT Information Management System (TDH IT IMS) is used for all TDH IT project and programme data as well as by TDH IT consortium partners and other stakeholders. Purpose of the consultancy The TDH IT IMS is a functional system which has improved the organisations capacity to manage and process data. The TDH IT IMS was developed to enter, store and extract programmatic data for internal and external reporting. The system was developed with Visual Basic ASP .NET 4.5 and SQL server Database. However, the system has limited functionality outside of this remit. TDH IT completed an internal report which outlined the key concerns and considerations for the TDH IT IMS. This report also includes specific actions and recommendations for changes to the TDH IT IMS (included in the Annex). This report should be reviewed and considered by the consultant to support the Data Management Manager to implement changes to the IMS including leading the development of reporting, dashboard and visualization. The Data Management Consultant will, based on the internal review and recommendations of the current IMS, advise, develop and implement an appropriate approach for data management, data visualisation and data reporting.
