Tenders are invited for Technical Needs Assessment Consultant Closing Date: Sunday, 12. Nov 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Conflict Resolution, Peace & Security Remuneration range: 4000 to 5000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 4 months Inter-Relationships Peace-building Program Manager Peace-building Program Coordinator Experience and Needed Skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting technical need assessments, statistical surveys, or similar projects. Expertise in statistical analysis and data interpretation. Proficiency in using statistical software . Strong research and analytical skills. Knowledge of the North Lebanon governorate and relevant cultural context. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A track record of producing high-quality reports and recommendations. Responsibilities And Obligations: Conducting a thorough literature review and data analysis on the specific area in North Lebanon governorate. Designing the survey instrument, including appropriate sampling methodologies and data collection techniques. Overseeing the recruitment and training of data collectors. Supervising and monitoring data collection activities to ensure data quality and integrity. Analyzing collected data using relevant statistical tools and software. Preparing a detailed report presenting the findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations. Providing ongoing updates to the project management team and stakeholders. Proposing a work plan with a timeline indicating that the survey and report will be completed within 4 months. Conditions Flexible working hours: depending on the action plan.
