Tenders are invited for Technical Training on Microsoft Basics Promoting Vulnerable Women-s Economic and Social Empowerment in Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt” - AID 011528 Closing Date: Monday, 27. Jun 2022 Intervention Sector(s): Communications & Media, Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 1000 (usd) duration of contract: 3 days main responsibilities: develop a clear outline of sessions based on the mentioned topics provision of onsite 3 training days, equivalent to 3 hours per day for 15 to 20 participants in akkar al attika. the consultant has to share the training curriculum that will be used to deliver the training sessions. agree with mada on the training approach and training curriculum. develop pre and post-tests to assess the capabilities of the beneficiaries and to monitor their progress during training sessions. consultant has to monitor attendance of beneficiaries and to report any issue to mada-s focal point. at the end of the f training cycle, provide mada-s focal point with a report om the progress of the beneficiaries, that includes the remaining areas of support needed and specific areas of focus required for the skills development of the cooperative members, in addition to the challenges, weaknesses, difficulties, strengths minimum qualification and experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in delivering similar trainings. having a bachelor degree or master degree in it or computer science. strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
