Tenders are invited for Third-Party Financial Service Provider Closing Date: Friday, 14. Jul 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Agriculture, Training & Capacity Building Company qualification The service provider must have a valid permit from all relevant ministries. The service provider must use the national banking systems to transfer payment. Requirements & conditions The beneficiaries must withdraw the money in cash (not an e-wallet). To submit a monthly withdrawal report per beneficiary. To provide a vetting system and screen all beneficiaries. To provide a vetting report for all the selected beneficiaries before activity initiation. To inform beneficiaries of the amounts deposited in their accounts by sending a text message (SMS). To provide the beneficiaries with an application where they can determine the amount to be withdrawn from the balance through the Cash Out process in the application, and it automatically appears. To inform how many days to transfer the money. To provide the fees for transfer from FTL to the service provider. To provide the fees for cash withdrawals. To specify the conditions for accepting Syrian refugees as clients. Located in Deir El Ahmar.
