• Tenders are invited for Trainer in Business Consultancy | Ebdaع Project Closing Date: Thursday, 23. May 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Business & Economic Policy Remuneration range: 3000 to 4000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 3 Months LLWB, in partnership with GIZ, presents EBDA3, a program aiming to provide comprehensive support to 25 women led MSMEs in two regions: Southern Baalbek and Hasbaya, Lebanon.    Scope of Consultancy:  LLWB is seeking to hire two trainers to conduct 25 training sessions each, for the MSMEs in the selected areas of Hasbaya or Southern Baalbek, focusing solely on business management practices.   Specific tasks include:  Delivering sessions on branding, finance management, growth strategies, and marketing techniques.  Providing guidance on HR practices for business sustainability.  Additional Topics to be Covered during the sessions:  Leadership  Sexual Harassment awareness  Gender equality  Timeline:  The assignment is expected to take place during the months of June, July, and August 2024 (in person trainings).  Qualifications:  The ideal candidate should possess:  Proven experience in business management training.  Strong background in leadership development and gender equality initiatives.  Excellent public speaking abilities.  Deliverables:  Implementation of training sessions conducted in English and/ or Arabic, based on participants language.  Distribution of handouts in both Arabic and English to ensure accessibility for all project stakeholders.  Administration of pre-posttests to participants in Arabic and/ or English by the trainer utilizing content provided by LLWB and sharing raw data with LLWB.  Completion of an evaluation form for LLWB by the trainer with an excel link provided along with raw content.  Submission of a detailed final report in English, encompassing comprehensive insights and outcomes, with detailed action plan for each MSMEs including recommendations proposed for each MSMEs.
