Quotation are invited for Vehicle Medical Packs How to apply 3. Procedures for Submitting Quotations Suppliers are encouraged to notify ARK of their intention to take part in this tender by sending an expression of interest as soon as possible. This enables ARK to inform potential suppliers of updates and any changes to the tender that might take place. Suppliers are required to submit their quotations in a clear and organized format before the closing date and time. A template is provided in Annexes 1 and 2 to assist potential suppliers in providing the correct information. Quotations must be provided in English and all pricing information should be in US dollars (USD) and all costs and fees, including customs, clearance, and shipping. All correspondence including quotations should be sent to the correspondence address in accordance with the published date and times. All quotations should provide the following information: a. Company information: Legal name, contact details, and a brief company profile. b. Product specifications: A list of components, compliance with required quality standards or applicable certifications, and country of origin. c. Pricing information: Itemised cost breakdown for each component, including the unit price, and any additional charges such as packaging, shipping, and handling fees. d. Delivery schedule: Lead time and confirmation of delivery terms. e. Warranty and after-sales support: Terms of warranty, return policy, and details of after-sales services. Closing Date: Friday, 05.
