Tenders are invited for Water Quality Management System in Water Establishments. UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2021-9168325 for the provision of “Water Quality Management System (WQMS) in Water Establishments” as stipulated in the attached tender document, Annex 1- Terms of Reference, Annex 2- Pricing List. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the below address no later than Tuesday 20 July 2021, 12:00h. The sealed envelope should be clearly labeled with LRPS number (LRPS-2021-9168325) and the name of your company. The outer sealed envelope should contain two sealed envelopes; one for the technical proposal and one for the price proposal. - Technical proposal: Envelope must be labeled with: LRPS number (LRPS-2021-9168325) - name of your company - technical proposal. No prices to be submitted with the technical proposal. 3 electronic copies (CD-s) of the technical proposal. - Price proposal: Envelope must be labeled with: LRPS number (LRPS-2021-9168325) - name of your company- price proposal. 1 signed and stamped print out of the financial offer and 1 electronic copy (CD) containing a scan of the signed and stamped print out of the financial offer and 1 excel copy of the financial offer; Handwritten offers will be disqualified. Bidders must not submit any material except for the above mentioned. Failure to abide by any of the above requirements will render the offer as disqualified.
