Scope of work: Developer/ development team or company is needed to continue development on an already existing platform. System details There are three different interfaces after login regarding the user type: 1. Employee: Create Reports: Create customized and comprehensive reports Session for Employee: Session for only employee to do a meeting between them Role Menu: to add and update roles and role groups for all users Employee Menu: create users and assign roles Project area menu: add a list of areas that are covered by projects Project doner menu: details of donors Project Proposals menu: view Project Proposals Consulting Menu: View consulting requests by NGOs Project Type menu add a list of types Project menu: crate project to assign to the call Registration forms menu: add the call including all details and questions Evaluation Menu: assessment process to determine the training that the NGOs need Platform Training includes: Platform users: add and assign users to the training List of training: add, update training Public drive: upload, download, and share files and folders Verification links: include four stages all stage has a grade(question and marks) and there is an average for all of them 2. NGOs: Project proposal: Upload file and edit, comment on it, and send notification to concerned users My files: files that the user upload Shared with me: files and folders shared with the user Chats: to access online chats Training: view training assigned to this user Request a counseling session 3. Trainer: Online Sessions: to create online sessions on our platform Offline Sessions: upload all type of files (video, Docs) Tests: including tests for sessions and pre and post-session test Note: NGO users can create users related to them and can manage it to attend the training and do the roles that assigned to them Profile needed: Proficiency in PHP for software development with a deep understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. Required Skills: User management and permission systems. Integrating Zoom video conferencing seamlessly into web applications. Incorporating online document functionalities including upload, read, and edit features. Implementing Drive and file management akin to Google Drive, facilitating easy sharing of files and folders. Developing robust exam systems capable of handling various question types and providing accurate results. Creating dynamic reporting mechanisms leveraging system data to generate insightful knowledge. Utilizing Power BI for comprehensive data visualization and analysis. Implementing email notification systems for timely communication. Introducing live chat systems for real-time user interaction and support.
