Tenders are invited for Well Rehabilitation in Northern Lebanon. Closing Date: Thursday, 30. May 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Water sanitation and hygiene 1. Mandatory eligible Required Documents are as follow: Bidder's official registration documents (Copy of commercial register, Copy of commercial broadcasting, Copy of MoF financial number certificate, ID card copy for the institution owner) Bidder must sign and stamp the UN code of conduct Bidder must fill, sign, and stamp the price offer 2. The Grading during the evaluation is defined as below: Experience (20 points) (Experience in Well rehabilitation: Must submit at least one project of Well rehabilitation) and (Positive reference check related projects) Price (70 points) Quality (10 points)(the bidder has to share supporting documents prove his good quality in well rehabilitation) 3. N.B: LebRelief can drop out the price offers if all the essential required documents are not submitted with the price offer. The Un code of conduct and price offer form should be signed and stamped. This call for tender will be conducted using LebRelief standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The bids will be reviewed after the submission deadline in an online session and link will be shared at later stage.
