Description:
Tenders are invited for West Hall-WIFI Internet Access and Cameras. Bid issuing date: 07/12/2023 Deadline for receiving offers: 14/12/2023 1 Supply and install of Electrical Metallic Tube Conduit (EMT Conduit) size 3/4” along with junction box 10x10 cm every 15 meters with proper bushings and fittings as well as installing coupling to connect the conduits and galvanized metal strap every 1.5 meters to support the conduit on the wall m 430 2 Supply and pulling of LEVITON CAT6A UTP cable m 4200 3 Supply and install UTP Jack Quick Port on LEVITON CAT6A cable and Patch Cord (1 meter) pulled in flexible ea 120 4 Supply and install galvanized suspended cable tray width 20cm x height 5cm x 1.5mm thickness complete with all needed fitting such as straight coupler, elbow coupler, tee coupler, divider… (closing all wall openings with fire retardant) m 500 5 Miscellaneous civil work inside the building, rooms and common area, shaft coring, stairs, concrete pathways, false ceiling access panel LS 1 6 Provide test report for each data point installed showing connectivity status and cable length ea 60 AUB is requesting offers from qualified suppliers for the provision of supplying and installing WIFI internet access and cameras at West Hall. The works consist of the installation of 23 surveillance cameras and 37 WIFI internet access points with Electric Metallic Tubing conduits (EMT) (with reference to AUB standards) in indoor areas connected to a new cable tray routing. Camera locations are noted in the attached drawings. The contractor should pull the CAT6A cables with proper termination and patch cords, from the camera location to the DER Room infirst floor. The contractor shall insure proper safety measures along the project and shall provide his workers the proper safety equipment. In addition, the contractor shall clean all the debris resulting from the works and cart them away from the AUB campus.
